I ran into Charley Groth at Sweetwater Farms this past weekend and he had some news I wanted to pass along. He has a new CD out and will be having a CD release party over at the Bluegrass Shop on April 17th. So I would encourage everyone to go over and support Charley and the Bluegrass Shop for that.

Saint Anne's Reel - One of my favorite tunes to play on the mandolin. This arrangement is from the Mandolin Picker's Fakebook. I highly recommend the Fakebook to anyone learning to play the mandolin. It has literally hundreds of tunes worked out for you in TAB with the chords. If you prefer to read notation pick up the Fiddlers Fakebook. It has all the same tunes with the same arrangements but written in music notation.
